Do you have accommodations for the disabled?

Yes.  Although our main entrance isn't handicap-accessible, we do have an entrance by the gym which is.  That entrance also has parking spaces, so you don't have to walk from the main parking lot.  From the gym, you will have no problem getting into the sunroom (for fellowship times) or the sanctuary for our worship service.

What is available for my children?

We have a well-equipped nursury to care for your infants and toddlers.  Also, we have Junior Worship for children ages 4-2nd grade.  The goal of this program is to prepare children to get the most out of our worship services.

What happens when I arrive for Sunday School?

This is a casual atmosphere with an emphasis on growing in God's Word.  Once you walk through our main doors, coat racks are available straight in front of you.  Then, you can walk up the steps and through a short passage in the sanctuary to our sunroom.  Even if we've already started, feel free to just take a seat and join in the family atmosphere.

What happens when I arrive at the Sunday morning worship service?

After you walk in the front doors, hang up your coat, and walk up the steps, you will be greeted by someone passing out bulletins.  Then, feel free to talk with others or just find a pew to sit in.  If you arrive before a greeter is at the door, feel free to take a seat and listen to our worship leaders warm up for the service.

What should I wear to the worship service?

We focus on the heart more than on the outward appearance. You will find people dressed in a wide variety of styles from as casual as jeans or shorts to as formal as suits and dresses.

What is the service usually like?

Announcements appear on the screen before the service starts then some of them will be highlighted from the pulpit.  The service will begin with prayer and a welcome to all.  Next, we are lead in a variety of songs ranging from traditional hymns to more modern worship songs.  One of our leaders will ask for prayer requests and, then lead us in prayer.  We then worship the Lord through our giving.  After that, someone will read from the Bible and Pastor Blaine will share what the Lord would say to us today through the His Word.

How long is the service?

Our worship service typically lasts 60-75 minutes.

Should I donate at the offering time?

The offering is an opportunity for people to worship God by giving back to Him in cheerfulness and thankfulness.  No one is under obligation and guests are not expected to participate in the giving.

What Bible version do you use?

We do not put a lot of focus on the Bible translation, but Pastor Blaine preaches from the New King James Version.  The emphasis is that we all understand what God has said and is saying today.

What happens at the conclusion of the worship service?

Everyone is invited for refreshments in the sunroom.  We invite you to enjoy a casual time of fellowship for a long as you would like.
